Is Honesty beauty?  

            Everyday we encounter society, we encounter people on a daily basics and their lifestyles. But what we see is just the surface of what lies beneath. Do we really know what the truth is? We constantly have to be conscious if what we see and what we hear is actually the truth. We always believe that what we hear first is what is really there. Not only do we think that people’s appearances are beautiful but also their lives, but do we really know the truth? Beauty is the truth in every situation.

            We perceive people that have glamorous lives and have a lot of money as the model of what it is to be perfect. As a society that is what everyone wants to be.  A perfect example of what society thinks it beautiful is a model. Every little girl at one point or another in their lives have wanted to be a model a skinny, beautiful women who travels the world and makes good money doing nothing. In the video clip Ted Talk  Cameron Russell appeared on the show and described her life as a model and how it isn’t as glamorous and it seems. She first came out in normal attire for her that is a beautiful dress and eight inch heels. The first impression that most people would get is that she is just like a normal model. She was a normal model until she put on different clothes and talked about how a model really lives their lives. That is beauty; the beauty is the truth of every situation and what things really are and not what they seem to be.  The truth so that everyone can appreciate what real beauty is.
