How to Tame a Wild Tongue Response

A place that defines me would be the soccer field. The soccer field defines me as a person all around, it defines me because this is where I spend most of my days and where all my tears and sweats lay at the end of the day. And without the soccer field I don’t know where I would be as a person. It helped shaped my identity and who I am. Even from when I was little it was a place of comfort and relaxation.

            The soccer field made me a person that I would never been able to be without the discipline that soccer has taught me. I am the person I am today because of the experiences that I learned from the mistake that I have made on the field and how I carry what I learn on the field to everything outside of the field.  It is also  a place that I can go to at any point of the day whether I’m feeling stressed or upset I know that the soccer field is always around the corner and I can count on it to be a good outlet for me.

            The soccer field is truly my happy place, it is my happy place all around. It is definitely something that defines me and something that everyone around me can see. It keeps me sane in every way possible. Without the soccer field I wouldn’t be half the person I am. I would be the total opposite of what I am right now, and quite frankly I don’t know where I would be in my life if I didn’t take up soccer because then I wouldn’t have the soccer field to help me through everything.
